The Cybex 350a Arc Trainer combines the exercise capabilities of a stair stepper and an elliptical to provide a truly unique workout. Reverse Arc motion technology ensures that the users toe never moves behind the knee, reducing stress on joints while maximizing workout potential and range of motion. By varying the incline and workouts, the user can target specific muscle groups all while burning calories. The Cybex 350a targets many muscle groups, including the deltoids, pectorals, biceps, abdominals, quadriceps, and hamstrings. Same Side Forward technology allows the user to maintain great posture during the workout and eliminate back fatigue. This crosstrainer's compact styling is perfect for home use.

Elliptical trainers offer the benefit of a low-impact workout, while exercising both your upper and lower body. The elliptical is a cross between a treadmill and a cross country ski machine, but instead of your feet sliding back and forth like they would on skis, the pedals will move in an oval or elliptical pattern. Since your feet never leave the pedals, your feet don’t strike the ground so there is less stress and strain on your joints. It is like walking or running in midair.
