Maintenance

Daily: Clean top and side heat exchangers, clean firepot, fill fuel hopper, empty ash pan
Daily: Open outside air control, run for 5 minutes, set at original setting
Weekly: Clean fly ash behind all clean out slides
Weekly: Clean lip above brick board, clean out firebox area
Weekly: After glass cools wipe with damp cloth
Monthly: Remove firepot and check that the air holes are all open
Monthly: Remove brick board and remove plugs and clean behind wall
Monthly: Clean exhaust pipes, tees, check all connections

Spring Cleaning

Yearly: Empty hopper of all fuel, vacuum out hopper and lightly oil
Yearly: Clean back cabinet, room air blower cabinet, area around furnace
Yearly: Vacuum all electrical motors of dust
Yearly: Remove brick board and remove plugs and clean behind wall
Yearly: Remove brick board and spray light oil on inside of stove
