The Mackie HR624 mk2 Active Speaker Monitor provides exceptional clarity for surround 5.1 and 7.1 applications, as studio monitors, or enjoy them in your office or home. The HRmk2 series has three key additional features, that has improved it over-all sound reproduction from it's widely used predecessor the HR Series. Look for the new Baffle Design, Acoustic Space Control, and High and Low Frequency Filters to tailor the over-all high and low frequency response.

The HR624 mk2 features a Zero Edge baffle that minimized diffraction and helps produce a clear sonic image and tight bass response. The most noticeable result from the aluminum zero based baffle is the increased mid range detail.

The Mackie HR624 mk2 is equipped with Acoustic Space Control technology that allows you to get the best possible bass reproduction even in rooms with lousy acoustic shape, volume, or acoustic treatments. The fact of the matter is, these factors and others like corners and how close your monitor is to a wall can impact bass reproduction. Avoid exaggerated lows or muddy bass with Mackie's new Acoustic Space Control.
