As with all cameras, our Infrared and Full Spectrum cameras require a light source in order to capture images in darkness. This is the nature of these types of devices. We strongly recommend the PhantomLite Infrared 25 LED Light Panel for this purpose. This unit is the best that we have found and works extraordinarily well with our modified cameras.
