Some of our computers may have minor scratches consistent with their age. However, they are all in excellent cosmetic condition and 100% functional without signs of excessive wear and tear (unless otherwise stated).
When we upgrade and refurbish our products, we give them the edge they need to compete with newer technologies. By purchasing our premium quality products, you are directly keeping our planet healthier by keeping these rock-solid veteran computers out of the landfill. Our rock-bottom prices are just a perk!
These computers are in Grade B cosmetic condition. There may be some loose or missing plastic panels, scratches, or other cosmetic blemishes on the case of the computers. These blemishes do not affect performance and the computers are functionally sound.
Warranty:We offer a 60-Day warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty.
Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades.Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries hold charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold charge, we don't guarantee the amount of time. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty.
