This 8' X 30' Day Boat Pontoon Houseboat has 25" pressure tested pontoon tubes. It has 2" insulated walls, one piece fiberglass siding, one piece rubber roof, anodized rails and trim, 1/4" rail spacers, one piece stainless steel piano hinges, running lights and ¾” marine grade plywood deck.

The cabin is 8.5’x22' with an 8.5’x22’ sundeck roof top with rails. The 8.5’x8’ front deck has two benches. The 8.5’x5’ back deck has room for the gas tank, battery, generator and ladder to get to the top deck.

Inside the cabin is equipped with a driver's seat that also serves as dinette seating with flip flop back rest, a sofa and a double size bed. The dinette’s 2 benches and table drop down to sleep 2.
