Each of these US half dollars consists of 40% silver and 60% copper. Each bag also includes at least ten (10) Eisenhower silver dollars which contain 40 % silver as well. These pre-1980 'Ikes' weigh 24.59 grams each, with an outer layer of 80% silver, 20% copper and an inner core that's .209% silver and .791% copper.
